Here's a few quick suggestions: Mind you, these steps will just confirm that the company has the legal right to conduct business and NOT how they actually conduct business with their customers;

Step 1: Go to the site in question and look for a 'contact us' link; Once found, write down the FULL ADDRESS and if provied, the phone number as well.

Step 2: Go to checkdomain.com and enter in the URL of the web site; (Whois Search) Once the results are returned, make sure you can see the actual "Domain Registar" of the site; This is the 'registered owner' of said domain.

NOTE: Those elect to use GoDaddy.com, and a few others whose name I can't think of right now, for buying a domain name have the ability to keep this information secret and thus the only information you would see is that info pertaning to domain registrant; Case in point, look up duplicatemysuccessnow.com

Step 3: Forget using the BBB.com; Use "Dun & Bradstreet" (www.dnb.com); Once DNB.com page loads, on the right side, you'll see a section called "Find a Company"

Step 4: Take the information obtained from Step 2 above and enter it into the DNB.com web site; You should then see this information displayed as the 1st entry:

BRYCE DRIVE HOLDINGS LTD PARTN - 526 E 85th St Apt 5b, New York, NY

If we compare this address, to the address found in Step 2 (Domain Whois Record)
we see that they are a match; Thus the most logical conclusion is "Dandrew Capital Partners" is the PARENT COMPANY, while "BRYCE DRIVE HOLDINGS LTD" is the SUBSIDIARY of Dandrew Capital Partners;

SIDE NOTE: Checking the "New York Secretary of State's" online business database, located here: http://appsext8.dos.state.ny.us/corp_public/CORPSEARCH.SELECT_ENTITY and searching under the organization name of "DANDREW CAPITAL PARTNERS LLC", you would find one (1) listing; Thus, confirming that this is a legitimate business, having the legal right to conduct business in New York; As for the company(ies) being an LLC, I'm not sure what legal right they have to conduct business in another state; However, seeing as your question only asked if they were 'legit', the answer is yes, they're legit!

Of course, using "RipOffReport.com", and finding any entries for this company, will give you an insight into 'how they conduct business'...as 'having the legal right to conduct business' and 'conducting business properly' are two very different animals! :-)

A renewable source is a organic source that may top off with the passage of time, the two via organic and organic reproduction or different needless to say recurring techniques. www.ripoffreport.com is a very good website for this. Users can go there to report any website / product / business scam they've been involved in. I've found it extremely useful in the past.

Try going there and looking up the business you're concerned with. Good luck!
