Camphor is highly toxic.

If you place something on a baby 80% of the time it ends up in their mouth or eyes. Big problem.

Also in theory a toxic dosage can be absorbed through the skin.

I think it might be because it is too strong for them. I know that even for me if I use vapor rubs on myself it makes it hard to breathe.

it too powerful for them , an can block the oxygen, cause damage to their brains, it also seeps into their pores,

your not supposed to use sunblock on them either.

plus i think its under 3 YEARS not months

There lungs are not developed enough, just like they only drink milk or formula, there system cannot handle it yet.

Their lungs are not fully developed and you have to be very careful with what they are inhaling.
