Well, Trump talked to James a lot about his loss of focus during projects. There was that incident with Surya when he and Frank were pulled into the boardroom and James was accused of eleventhhour quarterbacking. Surya told Trump that jame has a history of trying to prepare as though he is going to the boardroom so that if his work is not good he can point the finger at somebody else. Coincidentally when james failed as Project Manager james blamed Tim for having a bad idea and then blamed Frank for being and eleventh hour quarterback and a distraction in the final stages of production, proving Surya to be right and showing Trump that James has no loyalty or integrity, two qualities Trump values. If you remember when Trump did away with Nicole Trump had no problem in saying that though he thought it was okay for Nicole to love Tim, Trump would prefer she love him more, loyalty. Which reminds me that in the task that James Lost the question came up as to the design of the pamplet being ugly and to filled with detail and a lose piece of paper. Trump asked why that was and james came off as saying it was a compromise that he, the Project Manager did not like but he approved, that was when the accusation against Frank was layed out. Also getting back to when Surya was fired James was caught in lie when he told Trump that Surya interrupted people when they were trying to brainstorm and Surya asked James did he or did he not make the point to ask people to take more time before committing to Tim's idea. James admitted yes he did. Trump was not happy with James at that moment but Tim when asked who was ore to blame for the loss James or Surya said Surya. One really has to wonder why Frank picked Suya for the final task given Tim was Nicole's choice. Plus, they lied. the idea for the final project was once again Tim's and not Nicole's. But getting back to James I thin the words you are looking for were in the firing of Tim and or Surya. Those were not shining moments for James.

james was perfectly fine for the job but donald trump knew he needed to hire another woman or else he would seem sexist

who knows... but he probably said something during the break and told trump not to hire him. if you could tell, he wasn't really fight for the job towards the end of the show... he was just sitting there and nodding. maybe cuz of his family.. it would mean he'd have to move or leave them???
