So many popular reality TV shows now a day have a voting mechanism where you vote for your favorite. But dose any one here think its flawed. Give a good example of how the reality TV shows fail to convince people that voting is legit sometimes. (Not just talking American Idol)

I think it's pretty up and up. In the case of Amer.Idol, they crown their winner, give them a 1 cd contract, toss it together, what ever happens happens. If it is a hit YAHOO, if not the producers/moneymen, shrug it off and move on to next season and make their money again. I don't think they really care about who wins.

voting on these shows proves nothing to me. many callers do not get through at all.
