1. If you are referring to the XY chromosome, in males it is called KLinefelter's syndrome, with XXY genotype.

2. Trisomy 21 is called Down's Syndrome.

trisomy 21 is Down Syndrome- retardation, heart disease, extra skin folds in eyes.
Turner's Syndrome is 1 X, not two on 23rd- shorter than average, sterile, occsionally retardation, skin flaps on neck
