Are their any good free tutorials for Adobe InDesign? I have a photo journalism class that I am required to use InDesign but my teacher never taught me how to use it. Please help!

InDesign is fairly simple-it is just a layout and simple drawing program. Your InDesign file is not like a photoshop file-it simply gathers all the other files together in a specific order instead of representing everything with pixels. If you want tutorials on specific things, go to adobe.com and search their database. InDesign also comes with an extensive help option that includes some basic tutorials. Just experiment and get a feel for it-I learned InDesign in like 2 hours or so. Not hard!

Hi there! The discs come with another CD that has a tutorial on it. Also, you could check out a book from the library. Or just play with it a little bit. You can probably figure out a lot of it. I am a graphic designer, and I had to learn on the job... I had a lot of experience with other Adobe products though, so I don't know how hard it would be to just figure it out if you don't also have a really good understanding of Photoshop and Illustrator...

Hope that helps! Good luck on your project!!!

in motor vehicle CAD, you will possibly be able to desire to Print the rfile as a PDF... record print then choose Adobe PDF because of the fact the printer, this provide you scaling settings. (this is going back some years once I used AutoCAD final...) there could be an option to easily export as pdf... regarding importing a TIFF into indesign there should not be any issues, the only difficulty often is the size of the rfile.

Go to the library and pick up the Adobe Classroom in a book. It is the best reference that I have found. It will get you going easily and quickly.
