Sheesh, this is my third attempt to answer this most difficult question (but I just have to answer it lol). I find it much easier to list some of the things that I know something about.
I would have to say the things that I know absolutely nothing about, are the things I have absolutely no interest in.
I'm very inquistive by nature, and try to learn a bit about things that I use or interact with in my everyday life (mostly mechanical, electric, or electronic things; I'm not very interested in biology or theory or abstract thought though).

How to date. Apparently I suck at it, luckily I care not much about that.
I also know absolutely nothing about how to fix a leaky roof, I probably should and will care a bit about that.
And I know absolutely nothing about how they can cram 40gazillion songs on that itty bitty little Ipod thingy!
That, I want to know about! It is like magic or something!
