Bush's ratings are very low -

The Republicans ratings are not high - Come election time it is reported that the Democrats have more than a fair chance at winning

So - why is it that there are so many fire brething neo conservative's that deny global warming that support war etc

So both sides claim the media lies when it doesn't suit them ?

The ultra whatever that say 9/11 was a conspiracy is to be down graded as idiots but when you say the media is lieing when you hear that Bush's ratings are in the toilet and thats practical sense

Which one of you is the kettle and which one is the pot ?

Maybe they are just louder than the rest? Some people have literally thousands of answers (posts) per day, maybe they are just more noticeable?

Well, the Democrats didn't win by a large majority in most cases, so the numbers would be closer to the middle than so far apart. There seems to be about an equal number of people from both sides most of time. It also depends what time of the day you get here. It's strange, but true.

Poll results depend more on how the questions are worded than what the actual answers are. In fact, there are usually preliminary polls before the actual poll is taken so those asking the questions learn how to tweak the questions in order to get their desired results. Have you ever heard the saying, "Figures never lie, but liars always figure?"

Have you considered that the polls may be in error? As in taken on college campuses or only in NYC or LA and San Francisco?

It's just possible that his "ratings" aren't what the media says. Of course, I realize that to people that are hearing the media say what they are already predisposed to believe this is a really difficult concept, but bear in mind that these same polls showed both Al Gore and John Kerry winning the elections, and your logical conclusion was not poll error, but vote fraud.

Because a lot of Bush supporters are unemployed and have plenty of time to post on the Internet. People with jobs tend not to think it's such a great idea to go blowing up other countries, they'd rather do business with them.

I support the war, because I am IN IT,and I see what is happening here in Baghdad around me.
I'deny' global warming because obviously the ice age ended somehow and there weren't any SUVs there to cause it.
I usually don't breathe fire till after labor day.
I support my Commander-in-chief because with all his faults,he's still 5 times the man John Kerry is.
The reports you get from CNN are just plain ficticious.
Sorry for being so blunt, but thats how it is...

cuz most bush supporters fall into the 2 categories of either emmensely rich older working professionals in upper management positions who dont have time for YA or people of a certain neck color who do not own computers. I.e people who have a lot of money & want to keep it that way or tremendously ignorant people.

i think its because the majority of the american public is kinda stupid and this site is available to anyone. so, all those mid-western bible thumpers find a place on the internet where they can talk about our great president and how we "need" to be in this war. just ignore them. otherwise, they'll drive you nuts.
