About 10 feet. A beautiful old Magnolia. It was on the property when Dad built the house. He left it to shade the front windows. Even hurricane Katrina didn't get it. Katrina got 4 big pines but the Magnolia is still standing proud. There may be something behind that. It was Mom's favorite tree.
