I've been to 3 pig roasts. This couple I know have 1 every year for all their Harley friends. Kegs of beer,2 hogs roasting and plenty of other food.
About 50 couples ride in on their big Harley hogs and show em off to see who has the baddest one.
If you go away from there hungry,it's ur own damn fault.
The smell is just irresistible. (now I'm hungry)

I've done a pig and corn roast every summer for many years. There's nothing better. It's not an open fire, I have a small fire of maple off to the side and I use the coals in the pig cooker.

Yes, I have. Hog, goat, catfish, alligator, venison. Spent many nights on the bank of that bayou.
