How do I go about becoming a movie star/ musician agent or manager?

I’m in the process of getting into marketing, and I want to learn how to become an agent? Is there some sort of internships? What kind of education do I need to obtain. What are things I need to do to be a agent, I need a game plan!

The mailroom at CAA is chock full of MBA's, and people with law degrees trying to work their way up.

You can go to school until you're old and gray but the one thing you'll have to do weither you go to school for this or not, is you will have to find an 'unknown' actor or singer and MAKE THEM A STAR! That's THE ONLY way you will become a successful agent. If you don't represent anyone famous then producers and director's will have no use for you. Give them someone they want in their movie and you've made a 'contact' in the buisness. Once you get ONE person and turn them into a star, then others will come. If you're good you'll be able to find numerous 'unknowns' and make them all stars. Once you accomplish this, then movie stars/musicians who've been around and had hits will come to you instead of you going to them. No degree can make this happen. It's gonna take busting your butt in Hollywood to not only find a worthy talented unknown, but then find them a respectable gig that will enable them to become stars. Good Luck!

there is not any Illuminati. regularly singers merely placed it in to fireside up extra controversy. The extra controversy, the extra recognition they gets and that they extra human beings will communicate approximately their song video consisting of extra useful promoting of their song video and overall extra repute and money.

i'm guessing you need some sort of degree in entertainment.
probably need some xp in movies also but thats just a guess.
