It takes me a few minutes but one of my classmate holds the world record for solving a rubik cube. He can solve it in 12 seconds.

I can solve one color at a time like in 30 seconds but the whole cube never..

I have never solved one, though I know how. The world record is about 12-15 seconds though.

I got mine in 1981, and I am still trying to solve it for the first time....LOL
Actually, when I was younger and remembers some of the combinations, I was able to solve it in under 2 minutes.

Theres a guy I know that solves really quickly. 2 minutes. There is a video on youtube of him too.
