I like filling the chest cavity of a cornish game hen with stuffing and roasting them like a turkey. I also like making spaghetti sauce, enchiladas, pot roasts, stews and soups, chicken cordon bleu, and a slew of other foods in a variety of ways.

I just made it 2day, I cook home made spag sauce in crock pot all day then pour into a baking dish w/rigatoni's and TONS of motz cheese making layers of rigs, sauce, then cheese til it's full then bake it. Mmmmmmm.... :)
