It's an old entry level graphics card that was made available in PCI and AGP versions. The latter is faster.

There is no PCIe version.

Better consider other cards such as the 9550 or higher models. Or if you need PCIe, consider the 7300GS or the GT. Faster or better cards may require you to upgrade power supply.

The 9250 is not a DX9 card. You may have problems using it for newer games.

9250 is an OLD card supporting PCI or AGP. There are NO pci-express cards using that old chipset. If a gamer, you will need a much better card:

pci and pci-x are two different cards. pci older / pci x newer lot better. twice the band with, if you a gammer
