I've made afew PUL covers. i really like Bummis Super whisper wraps. For maximum breathibility many moms go for wool (which can be bought or made from old sweaters0 but i am not goos at taking care of wool, so I got rid of ours.

I have made AIO's (all in ones) with PUL...and they were definitley awesome. Really though...after spending a lot of money on materials, and fancy diapers...I found that I had the best results with the old fashioned fold and pin diapers, with regular plastic pants...
:) I cd'd my baby until she was 15 months old...
hth!
