*Sigh* All this drama with my friends....it's staring to make me miss middle school. Ok. So my best guy friend is gay, and he just broke up with his bf. I was genuinly upset when I found out, because the three of us and my group of girlfriends always have so much fun hanging out and stuff. But when I tried to console him about it, he got mad at me and accused me of starting a rumor that caused them to break up. He said that I had a crush on HIS ex-bf, and that I had been jealous and wanted them to split up!! And what's worse is that my other best friends believe this too! So now none of my friends like me!! And I honestly don't like my friend's ex...not like that!!! WHAT DO I DO!!???

wow you have gotton yourself into a big problem. well i think that you should call all of them up and tell them that you need to talk to them. and set up a little meeting. Tell then everything that happened and the reason that you confronted your friend about his break up. Tell them that you are their best friend and they are yours. tell them that if there is one thing that you can't stand is being blamed for something that you know for a fact that you didn't do and you never would do. tell them that you are a good friend and you deserve the same treatment.

If you really didn't do anything, and if they are truly your good friends, then this should blow over very soon. Otherwise, these people just like to incite drama and problems in your life, and you need to stay away. Drama takes up too much of your time and adds needless stress to your life. True friends are hard to come by, but, your relationships with them are meaningful and they keep you healthy. There can be rifts in these relationships, but, if they're truly founded on something genuine and worthwhile, they'll mend and become stronger in the process.

Oh, sugar I am so sorry that your friend accused you of that.

I bet he was just so distraught about his break up he had lash out at someone. Or his ex tried to use you as an excuse.

Why not write your friend a heart felt letter and tell him how much he means to you and that you would never ever do something like to him.... Tell him that he comes before any boyfriend he could ever have.....

say this word for word

"(name), I don't like your ex. I did not start a rumor and I did not cause you to break up. I miss being friends with you and I really want you to start over."

it will work. just trust me, and you'll have all your friends back in no time. :)
