i need to lose weight in my butt most of all...and maybe like 20 pounds....im 15...i weigh 120 and im 5'5....do you know how i can lose weight in my butt.....the thing is my stomach is a little thin and my butt is huge...im really self conscious

there is no effective spot reduction through exercise alone. when you exercise, you lose fats all over your body. a combination of exercise and surgery may be the most effective way to reduce the size of your butt. cheers!

we cant choose which body part to lose the weight off - it just has to be overall weight loss. your butt is the place where your body likes to store its fat reserves.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
dont try to lose more than 1-2lbs a week - its not healthy to lose more.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried - no junk food.
