I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.
Get started today!

Somewhat yes, BUT think about all the health benefits losing weight can have....you will reduce the risk of having diabetes high blood pressure high cholesterol you will strengthen your heart and lungs if you combine losing weight with exercise/cardio. Maybe losing some size in your breast is a small price to pay compare to making your self healthier.Get up and get moving ...you can do it!

I've had the same issues.... I have wanted to lose weight but keep the breast size, but it is true.... :( When you lose weight you lose it from head to toe, breasts included. After all, they are only fat.... You shouldn't go down much though in size... I went down in band size, not cup size when I lost weight.

Sometimes it happens. Breast size is usually proportionate to body size. For instance how often to you see a 100lb girl with natural DD breasts? A few years ago I had Mono. and was put on steroids. While on steroids I went from 98lbs to 111lbs. My normally B cup breasts went up to a C cup. Now I have lost the steroid weight and my breasts are back to a B cup. I know it sucks, but sometimes it happens.

When you lose weight you lose fat everywhere. It depends on your body as to where you lose the most fast the quickest. Usually, the first place you gain weight will be the last place you lose it. So, it all depends on your shape and how much weight you lose.

Yes, you do lose a little weight in your breasts when you lose a lot of weight. But it isn't much. It will probably not be noticeable.

Yes this is true--but depending on how much you lose you may not lose any in your breasts-if you lose alot you probably will though

It's true but to a certain extent
If you're a B-C cup you likely wont lose much, if you're a D you might lose a cup. I'm a D cup and I cannot wait to get back to a C cup.
Cute bras don't come in D unless you want to pay over $20 for one and I'd rather not pay that much for a bra!

When you lose weight, you are losing fat, generally. Your breasts have fat in them. Yes, you will lose weight there, too.

Yes and NO.
I've lost weight but lost NOTHING in my breasts.
I know women who have LOST a cup size after working out.
I know women who have GAINED a cup size after working out.
I know women who have had NOTHING happen to their cup size after working out.
It ALL depends on how much fatty tissue versus dense breast tissue is in your breasts.
