Because i saw a video of a guy shooting electricity from his finger and he set paper on fire just by touching it

Um..no. But I produce a whole heck of a lot of it!!! =D I shock people daily and create sparks haha Sparks are pretty. =]

Any electricity produced in the body is measured in millionths of a volt. The film you saw was a trick.
