I haven't had a period in 10 months old. I have PCOS, Endimetriosis and Fibroids on my uterus. I've seen my doctor numerous times and he has no idea what is going on with me. He put me on Provera to get me flowing and then to start the birth control pill to regulate me. I never started my period with these medications. I know I'm not pregnant. I had my tubes tied 3 years ago after my 3rd child. And we've done pregnacy tests. Any ideas what is going on or what my next step should be? Thanks

Could be early menopause. Or it could be a hormone imbalance in your body. The meds you're taking, along with the medical issues you have, probably have your hormones all out of whack. See your dr. and talk to him/her about what is going on with you. Hot flashes are a Bich!

if u have a tubiligation, you may start having symtoms of perimenopause early It happened to me. Some women start their menopuase early when they have tubals. They also have heavier mentrual flow then before. Get your blood work done to rule out early menopause (There is a test for this)

I would see a gynnogologist

See your doc asap. Nausea can come from LOTS of places. The fact that the headaches make the nausea worse makes me think of migraines. Does anyone in your family have them? Does vomiting make the headaches better? If it is a migraine, it shouldn't last more than a few days (unless they are "cluster" migraines). Keep hydrated--whatever is going on, the vomiting will dehydrate you which will make things worse, no matter what is wrong. However, don't overdo, since it will make the vomiting worse. My doc told me a few ounces an hour is best when vomiting/nausea present.

I would seriously go to a different gynecologist, because that is no way to live.
