at least 18 but 20s is better your eye has to be fully grown

at your doctor's discretion, when they determine your eye is stable, meaning whenever it stops changing or getting worse. this is usually when you're in your 20's.

my doctor said 21, and when you're eyes have stopped getting worse..the longer you wait, the better it will be
