Well during the bad old days after my divorce, I made it to payday thanks to Ramen noodles! Cheapest meal on earth that I know of. Saved me many a month.

They make jokes, but Top Ramen Noodles
are a poor Man's Steak & Potato. Ramen
Noodles fed Me many a day, just add to a
little meat or veggie and you have a meal.

awww my favorite broke persons food lol this is what I do

4 cups broccoli
1 package ramen noodles (oriental flavor)
1 tablespoon corn oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup honey
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted peanuts, chopped

Prepare noodles according to package directions (2-3 minutes).
Do not add flavoring.
Drain noodles and toss in corn oil.
Blanch broccoli in boiling water (1-2 minutes) and drain.
Refresh under cold water.
Mix lemon juice, honey, pepper, salt, and noodle flavoring; and combine with broccoli and noodles.
Refrigerate.
Before reheating, stir in peanuts.
Reheat in microwave (2-3 minutes).

I always boil an egg in the water with the noodles. Tastes good to me

Well you can make stir fry, soups, some oriental dishes like cho mein. You can even make little dumplings like noodle dumplings you know. hope i helped! cooking isnt really my thing.
