They cost isn't going up until May 14, 2007 it might reach up to 41 cents

It's 39 cents as others have mentioned, but I believe that for overseas mail including canada and mexico, that more postage is needed on a letter or package. I didn't realize, however, the postage was supposed to go up next month. Ahh! :)
