i felt the same way at the beginning of my pregnancy. I didn't want to eat at all and when i did i was very picky and it had to be what i wanted at that moment, and then later i felt nauseated. It didn't last to long though. I'm 13 weeks now and have no problem eating. If you go for longer than 12 hours without eating call your doctor. They will probably send you to the hospital and hook you up to an i.v. This way you and the baby get some kind of nutrition.

I've been pregnant three times and I usually lose about 10 pounds in my first trimester. Don't worry. It's totally normal if you are a woman who has a lot of morning sickness.

Staying hydrated is the most important thing.

Just eat what you can. The day will come when you will like food again. Trust me.

at the same time as i grow to be pregnant I had an same situation. i might want to take my supplementations formerly mattress. That helped, I lost 12 pounds the perfect 6 weeks of my very last being pregnant and did milkshakes to assist my weight. I hate ice cream and milkshakes despite the indisputable fact that it did make me benefit and it helped with heartburn. I also ate extra foodstuff in smaller parts so I wasn't as finished all at one time. those were all suggestion from my well-being care service and nurse. They appeared to assist. First pregnancies is also the clarification. Ask your OB is continuously a superb idea. it isn't smart to devour and continuously throw up simply by dehydration (no longer relaxing, did that still) best of luck to you!

Hi there i was the same and i also got worried.I asked my doc and she said to take ELEVIT as this is an optimum vitamin for you and bub. One thing that i could sometimes stomach was a banana. Some mums throw up all through their pregnancy and their bubs are fine so dont stress too much. Good luck ,You will wish you could get back that feeling when all you want to do is eat in your next trimester!!!

Yes, that's perfectly normal. Just make sure you're drinking enough water and eating the things you can stand and taking your vitamin and this will pass.

Congratulations on the baby! Good luck!

It's a simple thing for you to think about, but it does show that you are already in a mother mentality. It's really sincere that you think about your child's health and nutrition and not caring solely about yourself not feeling like eating.

Stay living in that good mother, caring thought process and I can tell you will be a wonderful Mother

Yeah that's normal. Try taking your prenatal vitamins before bed at night. That should help with the nutrition.
