You're asking that no matter what a certain person thinks, no matter what a person says, no matter what a person does, and "time is not a factor" you will love them no matter what? It's my experience that unconditional love doesn't exist! "God" doesn't even show this kind of love! Time is a factor! After years and years of one sided love, that love will die.

I love unconditionally, however, I like conditionally.

I must like you and you must be worthy of my trust, faith and friendship in order for me to love you unconditionally. Once I've overcomed the conditions for liking you, I usually will love.

No. If someone I love decided to, for example, become an axe murderer, I would conclude they weren't really who I thought they were, and would have a hard time loving them after that.

Yes, unfortunately I have had many loved ones let me down to the point that I hated them...but still loved them if that makes any sense.

No....I totally love my wife, but that would stop if she drowned our child for the freedom to live with her lover. I love my son, but that would probably stop if he butchered his grandparents for an early inheritance. I love....you get the point, it's conditional.

Yes. Both my husband and I have pretty much the same flaws but we see them as a perfection regarding our relationship.... They bring us closer as we know what the other needs or wants. :)
