i used to work at Mc Donalds they train you to do that so nothing will fly in your food and so it won't get cold. sometimes if they know you or notice you are on the bus they might double bag it so it won't get cold

They fold it so the food doesn't fall out of the bag. They are stingy with condiments so that they don't lose money.

To keep the food warm and also in case it tips over.. If you want extra condiments just ask for them =)

I think restaurants finally figured out that throwing a handful of ketchup and napkins in was a waste of money.

Because it keeps the heat in the bag and keeps your food warm,it protect it from junk flying in your bag.

it's easier to carry unlike wendy's where they cram as much as they can into a small bag so you have to carry it like you would a full size grocery bag because you can't fold it down. maybe you should cut back on the ketchup and mustard then.
