Could you maybe mean Dilophosaurus? The smallish spitting things in Jurassic Park that ate the fat guy? Much of that was movie silliness, but Dilophosaurs existed. They grew bigger than that and the spitting and neck frill was fantasy, but otherwise they looked like that. Of course, if you mean some other kind of dinosaur, this probably won't help.

what's a dyphlysouras? if you mean Dilophosaurus, like in jurassic park, it is a small carnivourous dinosaur belonging to the Cretatious period, according to researchers it spat venom at its prey causing paralysis. But we really don't have a clue what these creatures were really like.
