Call your bank.They'll give you an 800 number to call and cancel it.Then just go to your bank and order a new one. Been there, done that.

You always report a lost or stolen card, debit or credit immediately. Call the Bank of the card and report it to their security department ASAP. They will stop and charges and issue you a new one. Good luck.

call your bank see if you can remember the last time you used it to make sure no other transactions have gone through your account they will close it and order you a new card just do it as soon as possible so the bank knows that you do not want any bad charges to go through your account.Now go call the bank!

Call you bank immediately and I would move my balances to another account that is NOT linked to the debit card account to prevent unauthorized spending of that money!

you need to call your bank, like RIGHT NOW and cancel the card possibly put a hold on your account. you dont need ID in a lot of places or online. HURRY

Notify the Bank and they will stop any transaction that is posted on the card from then on. But you should do it as soon as possible.

I assume you mean lose. Lose = opposite of win or misplace. Loose = opposite of tight. Call your bank as soon as you can.
