While since I bought some a couple of days ago... I haven't seen them eat at all.

I've been trying to feed them flakes, pellets, and blood worms but I haven't seen them eat any of it?

Then I started noticing one of my sharks had started to lose all its red color on its fin.

Would anyone please help me?

I really wouldn't be too concerned at this point. It can take them several days to settle in and start eating. Try feeding them after you turn the tank light off, they will probably be more comfortable and more inclined to eat then.

The loss of color in the tail is nothing unusual either. The tail can change color often and rapidly and can be dark red on minute and pale pink 10 minutes later. The body color can range from black to light gray just as quickly and easily. Since you have more than one in the tank there could be a territorial aspect to the changing color as well.

Give them a few more days to settle in before even being concerned at all about it.

As long as your water conditions are good, not much to worry about. I agree with MM. They aren't really that great with their own species and are known for being reclusive. They're probably trying to hide from each other.
Best food if you're worrying about them not eating? Not the floaty stuff! Try some sinking pellets or wafers or some cooked squash.

Try feeding them live bloodworms instead of freeze dried and so the shark can eat whenever they want.
