Today Bush said "I will strongly reject an artificial timetable (for) withdrawal and/or Washington politicians trying to tell those who wear the uniform how to do their job," .

Minus the 'artificial timetable withdraw' part sense it is a "and/or" statement, he is part of the "Washington politicans" in my view, so he should back off on telling those in uniform what to do. Right?

The problem is that he isn't smart enough to shut his trap!! The only thing he ever did for this country was throw us into a senseless war that will NEVER be won. I'm not putting the troops down in any way. I admire them for their honor and bravery. The troops need to be called home, that war will never end, no matter what is done. Enough troops have been sent to their grave don't you think?

Well said, but I think he meant that he will be taking the cues from his generals, and that the rest of Washington should too. I don't know if I agree with that, since the army really works for the people, since we pay them anyway. Bush should listen to the people and direct the army somewhat accordingly.
