Bachelor's and below are considered undergraduate degrees. Similarly, courses normally considered a part of an associates or bachelor's degree are usually called undergraduate courses.

Graduate degrees are the Master's and higher degrees. Graduate courses are usually part of Master's programs and are usually fifth year courses and later.

Ok. When you go to college, there are many types of degrees to get. You can get an entry level degree called an Associates. This is supposed to take 2 years. This is what you get at a junior or community college. If you go to a regular college or a university, you start as an undergrad. An undergrad is someone pursuing a 4 year program to get a Bachelor's degree. However, some dumb/lazy students take longer. Also, it can take longer if you have to work and can't go full time. A grad or graduate program is an extra 2 year program to get a Master's degree. You must first obtain a Bachelor's degree before you even attempt a Master's degree. Beyond that you can get a doctorate once you have your Master's degree in most majors. The graduate degree is "better" simply because it is much more education. The 2 years of a graduate degree are much more in depth and intense than the 4 years of the undergraduate degree.

Other than the obvious answer that grad school comes AFTER you have completed an undergrad degree, a grad program is often shorter (although not necessarily - if you're going for a doctorate degree, it's probably as long or longer). Also, and undergrad program is usually broader, and a grad program more focused in a particular area.
