A kilogram is a measure of mass while a liter is a measure of volume. Those two cannot be compared (it's like apples vs oranges). Mass describes how much material something has, while volume describe how much space something takes up. So, to compare the two, you will need to know the material.

For water, the density is 1000kg/m^3. A 1mL = 0.001L = 1cm^3 = 0.000001m^3. To get mass, multiply that by the density: 1000kg/m^3 * (0.000001m^3) = 0.001kg = 1g. That is for a mL. Multiply that by 1000 to get the mass of a Liter, and you get 1000g = 1kg.

Therefore, for water: 1kg = 1L. For anything of higher density (eg. juices), a kilogram will be less than a liter (as less of it weighs more). For anything of lower density (oils, alcohol), a kilogram will be more than a liter as you need more of it to get the same amount of material.

bigger as in bigger in size? That would depend on the density of the substance. If the substance is very dense, then a liter of the substance would be bigger than a kilogram of it. However, if the substance is not dense (like air), then a kilogram of it would be bigger than a liter.

It depends of the material. Your comparing two different measuring systems ones deals with volume and the other with mass.

A liter of water is the same size of one Kg of water.

A liter of hydrogen gas is smaller than 1 Kg of hydrogen gas.

A liter of lead is larger than 1 Kg of lead.

Now all of these are down to its densities.

D = mass/volume
If density = 1, they will be the same size.
If density > 1, then mass will be the largest
If density < 1, then volume will be the largest

a liter is bigger. even though a kilogram is solid and a liter is liquid the liter has a bigger mass and weight.

they're different units of measurement. a kilogram measures weight and a liter measures volume.

Depends on the density. Mass/volume converts between the two. So density or mass/volume is the key.
If it is 1 gram / ml then they are the same.
