Most large corporations have tuition reimbursement programs. However, they're not all created alike and sometimes your degree must be in your work field. To make it easier to find such a company (since you can't ask upfront), look for work in your chosen field and look at larger employers who appear to have full benefit programs.

You want to ask an employer if they have a tuition reimbursement benefit. Most companies do not list what their specific list of benefits are, some may mention a tuition reimbursement program in their web site or advertisement. Most companies who do offer this will require that it be job related education courses. (In other words, they will not reimburse an MBA for someone who is working in a scientific field, or as an order taker) You will have to ask the employer your specific questions when the time is right and during an interview process.
(Most of them will require you to stay with the company for a specific period of time following completion of the Master's degree, and a "C" grade or better in each class)

You probably just have to interview, then if you get an offer, see what benefits they have.
Large companies are more likely than small ones to have education benefits.
