I recieved an e-mail from United Kingdom
that said that i 'am the winner of a promotional sweepstakes
is it for real

No it's not, it's a scam. Just delete it.

No! recently on Judge Judy a lady borrow money from a friend thinking she had money coming and it turn out to be a scam. My fiancee also receive the same offer. UK, and Africa, is just now joining the immoral list.
