No one (successfully, at least), so it doesn't last long.
I know that when I spend time blaming others, I decrease the awareness of my own options. You cannot blame others or even circumstances and simultaneously concentrate your efforts on what "you" can do to change things (which is the only thing you really can do to make things better).
I see through blaming others too easily, taking all the fun out of it.

I blame myself for getting into the whole mess to begin with. I happen to be up every night now and I have been ever since my guy ruined my life. I go through everything and feel worse and worse. (my world feels like it is falling apart all the time, I am in constant agony)
but hey, maybe it will stop one day.

IF "Your world is falling apart" as a result of circumstances created by decisions and choices that YOU MADE, than blame yourself. IF "Your world is falling apart" as a result of circumstances FORCED UPON YOU through NO-FAULT of your own (your are not to blame) but also, it is not productive to look for someone to blame, just THINK SOLUTIONS, NOT PROBLEMS!

You don't look for someone to blame. You look at the problem rationally and try to figure out the problem...things always seem worse in the middle of the night. Find someone to talk to...good luck.

Late at night when I'm tired but wound up? Myself. Thank God for Yahoo, that won't be happening again. Cut yourself some slack. Take my hand. We will pull you through that cloud. Step forward and reach as far as you can. Ask for a miracle. SHOUT for a miracle. No strings attached. Do it!!
