Most people like fruit, which is very healthful. Berries of all kinds are superfoods! Raw is best, but even applesauce (unsweetened) is good for you. Try various kinds of veggies. Something you've never had before may become a favorite. Look for intense colors for maximal nutritional value. Bake a sweet potato the way you would a regular potato - yummy!
