I am truthfully sorry about for your friend. You need to call the police. The police will not know you did, if you care for your friends life you would call the police. Do it quickly before this escalates into a serious tragic of loss of your friends. Good luck on making the right choice!

OMG! Ur friend seriously needs help! Try talking to ur parents and see if there's a way to contact the police without the father knowing. I suggest asking ur parents if the cops can come over without their uniforms, car, and anything that might reveal they're cops. Ask if the cops can come in casual wear with their guns concealed and see if they can bust in through the back. Tell them about the threats the father gave, it will give more reason for the cops to go igconito. Or mayb find a time when the father is not home to alert the police. They can track the father down while ur friends and their mom can stay safe with the police.
While waitng, I suggest always being there for your friend and helping her through this tough time. Be there to comfort her and stick with her no matter what happens.
I wish u and ur friends the best and good luck.

It's better to take it up with a school counselor because if you ask them to, the school counselor will keep the problem confidental from the parents until they can guarentee safety. Once the children are safe from the parents, the school can call the police and child services and search the home and the parents. Sometimes they don't find something and don't do anything about it except keep a closer watch on the parents. Don't be afraid to talk to the school counselor about it and make sure that your friend is with you to confirm everything so they will believe you better. Good luck with this and I hope that helped.

You need to tell someone. Go to the police, tell them what he has said he will do if they find out or tell a grown up. You need to let someone know. You can not just sit by and watch your friends get hurt any more. Help them. The only way it seems you can help is by telling the cops or someone that will go to the cops. So tell !!

Please , you have to tell the police. I was abused as a child and the scares from that have never fully gone away. I wish someone had cared about me as much as you do your friends. Just tell exactly what you know and what you just said. It's not your responsibility to protect them but it is to let the proper authorities know whats going on. Think of it this way, if he has already threatened them with killing them, there's really nothing in his path to not kill them. Parents just don't treat their kids like that. If you don't tell the police ,he might actually hurt them worst than what they already are ( or God forbid you could lose your friend).

Not if you call the cops from your house. How would he know their coming then. And with all honesty how could you not call them. I would feel more guilty inside knowing something like that, and not telling someone who could actually help. How do you know he isnt a child molester as well. If my roomate wasnt on her dial up I would call them now.

Make an anonymous call to child protective services...they will assess the situation and make a determination how to go from there. And don't tell your friend that you called. If she knows, she might say something on accident and get in more trouble.

try to connect with a social agency who can take the kids with a well-co-ordinated effort from Police community outreach. Get as much proof as possible to make sure that the bad man does a big bit in the joint. Never give up and don't back down---just have as much backup as possible. --Rob at robknightmusician@yahoo.ca

Call the cops when no one's home but him! But if that chance doesn't come then just do it as soon as possible! It's not likely that he will really kill anyone...if you really care about ur friend then u will do whatever you can as soon as you can! Go for it!!!!! Trust me! Your friend and her family will greatly thank you!!!!! Good luck!!!!!♥

The best way you can help them is:
1 Tell them to pick up proofs of the abuse
2 When they have them, tell them to give them to you (if they keep them, the evidence can be destroyed by your friends father)
3 Tell them to put their father charges for child abuse
4 Make them feel supported and that they deserve love (under an abuse you feel you deserve it and that you are a rubbish)
