There is too big a gap between the rich and the poor: no more middle class.
No medical service for those who cannot work or have lost their jobs. Children suffer from no medical attention and lack of parents.
The family has broken down in the USA

I believe the gradual loss of individual freedom and liberty is the biggest problem we face. However, considering recent circumstances, I think we'll be okay for a while.
