Well, I think, after I read few of your other questions, that you have been too much desocialized. Cause for that could be your degree ataining or/and chronic shyness. One friend of mine, who few years ago attained highest possible degree at the best world university with best marks, said me during our last talk that after he finished his studying, he needed some time to be again socialised, ''to come back to reality from a world of books''. Socialisation was easyer for him, because as an advisor, he comes in contact with a lot of people every day. You've got to find a way to socialise again. Chronic shyness could also have been your problem; If so, try to do steps to overcome it, but do nothing before you buy and read ''Dr. Brian G. Gilmartin-Shyness & Love'' book! If you experience problems with shyness too, and in my opinion it is high probably that you do, this book will help you enormously! You will understand yourself better, accept yourself, realise the truth about yourself and be delighted with that truth! At least, you will know to define your problem and understand it better. If you are a person with high emotionality combined with introversion (melancholic character), then don't even think further, get the book! With that, you will do a great step toward
resolving your true problem.
Fact that you can not manage your desire for sex is just a sympthom of an another problem, potentially those already described.
