I think the Bush name is used up for quite some time. You wonder if the Republicans would even run GW if he was elegible for re-election.
No chance in my opinion of Jeb even running for VP. even if you love GW you can't really deny that the Bush name is a divider, not a uniter ancd probably can't win the WhiteHouse.
My neutral opinion of course

we will just have to see, I have heard Jeb say lots of time on TV that he dose not want to be president so we will just have to wait and see if he will change his mind latter or not.
