I need to know how many number of neutrons element 114 has. I need a picture of the element 114 on the Lewis Electron Dot Diagram.

Well, in terms of electron dot diagrams, you only need to know the number of the outermost electrons. Since element 114 appears below carbon, it will have the same number of valence electrons as carbon, which is 4.

The text book that I have has an atomic mass of element 114 of 289. The atomic mass is the sum of the numbers of protons and neutrons in an atom, so 289-114 would be the number of neutrons.

OK, if you go to the first reference below and click on element 114 it will give you the atomic weight so you can figure out how many neutrons it has. Make a note of which group it's in. Then go to the second link and you'll see the Lewis dot diagrams for each group.
