1. What is the neautralization reaction for HNO3 and NH4OH?
2. And for HC2H3O2 and KOH?

Either one, please?
I am confused how to go about doing these. Thanks so much!

well in a neutralisation you always get a salt and water so
1 NH4NO3 salt and H2O
2 KC2H3O2 salt and H2O

Just take an H+ from the acid and an OH- from the base to make water. The other two ions form a salt. So,

HNO3 + NH4OH --> H2O + NH4NO3

Try the other one and see if you can do it.
