Hmm, I want to know if my husband and I can swap?
If we can, and I end up with his bits then you can bet your *** I'm calling in sick to work tomorrow, so I can stay home and play!
I'd also make love to my husband a lot, so we can each feel what the other feels normally. And yes, that includes all the oral we can get. Its kinda hard (no pun intended) to explain to each other how it feels, so would be cool to experience it ourselves.
I'd also try peeing standing up, because I want to know whether he's a bad shot coz he's a man or because he's him! I'm sure I'd be able to hit the toilet bowl...

I've always wanted to know what it feels like/how convenient it is to pee standing up as opposed to sitting down...so I guess I'd drink alot and then experience peeing from a man's point of view

im a guy so if i had a vagina for one day, i would spend a few hours squatting over a mirror, the go buy the biggest cucumber i could find and have sex till i lost my vagina
