My neighbor is a crackhead and a hooker, she doesn't take care of her kids. She lost her $400,000 house because she was "escorting" men inside it. She is a real pain in my azz with all her noise and ignorance...however, because she's so screwed up...some judge ordered her husband to pay all her bills.....I think she's stupid for continuing to smoke crack and neglect her kids....but I guess some judge felt like since smoking cracks stupid he'd reward her with the advantage of being able to not have to work and stay up all night smoking and annoying the chit outta me.

They get out of a lot of Responsibility. Once they prove that they are unable to handle certain tasks at work, they are pretty much exempt from doing them. So they cruise their Work life not having anything to be responsible for, other than an occasional "Tow the line, or you're outta here."
