I suggest that you learn math and logic skills on your own this looks more like the answer for a test and I find it immoral to answer this.
-------------------------------------------------
1. It's not a test. You can't bring home a test!
2. I understand this. It's call "checking to make sure".

The answer is in fact D. Here's why:
tasks:7
days: 4
7: 4
T: 30
OR 7/4
T/30 (which is option D)
Thsi reads: If 7 tasks are done in 4 days, then how many tasks are done in 30 days?
You criss cross multiply to get your answer:
7x30=4T
Then you can see that D is the only one which doesn't change this proportion.
A is totally wrong because there is no 14
B is wrong because 4/7 = 30/T
C is wrong because it puts the days in proportion to each other (4 and 30 can't be a fraction)
D is correct because it keeps the integrity of the proportion by matching the criss cross pattern of the proportion.

ps, on a personal note, have you ever noticed that when someone doesn't know an answer, they suddenly become the moral police and assume that the asker is cheating on a test. I guess they never had to do homework!!! lol... ;o)
