You might find it on your local government website, the county website where you live, your local library, or at City Hall. Google Earth doesn't have topographic maps.
For some people, when they hear the word "maps" they immediately say "I must tell this person about Google Earth!!"

Google Earth is a free download that can provide you with a topographical map of not only your house, but the whole planet. It's lots of fun to play with, and gives you a sense of just how big (or small) our home is, I highly recommend it to all.
