Divide 1.00 by 'anything' to get the decimal equivalent of 'anything'.
For example, divide 1.00/4 and you get .25. This is 25 per cent (per cent means 'per 100').
25 % is a nice number with no remainders. But what if you divide 1.00/9, as your question asks? You get .11111 ad infinitum. If you work it out on paper, you will just get a series of 1's after the decimal point. In order to put it in 'per cent form', you have to move the decimal point two spaces to the right. So just say 11.1% and leave it at that.
