Well, If that was the case I'd have no friends because I 'don't like the way most of my friends dress!

Not at all. I agree with the first poster, not even remotely a factor, ive had plenty of friends who wore the same thing virtually everyday, completely unfashionable clothes, but i dont care. Its whats on the inside that counts. :)

To be truthful, sometimes I do that, because first impressions last longer, moreso the way you are dressed speaks volumes about who you are.

no. i choose them for the person on the inside: how we relate to one another, do we like hanging out, talking on the phone, emailing, do we have similar likes and dislikes, can we have constructive talks about what we differ on, etc.

No, because clothes isn't a great method or indicator to base friendship on because everybody have their own personal style. I pick them on their personality.

they could be wearing a paper bag and i still wouldnt care. i dont care about clothes or looks..all i care about is how kind..trustworthy..and all the stuff that comes from the heart.
