Turtwig-hardest to train, because the pokemon you enocunter early on are flying, grass and bug types. Final Evolution is a grass/ground type.
Piplup-medium to easy depending on the rest of your team. Its final evolution is a water/steel type.
Chimichar-great first starter, makes it the easiest. His final evolution is a fire/fighting type like blazien however.
Personally I picked Piplup. It doesn't matter so much your starter, but how balanced your team is, since early in the gam you can get Ponyta, water types and two electric types.

be sure u get the stratagey guide along with the game so u won't be lost in the game that's what i'm going 2 do when i get both games along with a pink ds lite.
