He can not come back for more if the divorce was finalized. This does not fall into the "support" category where the amounts can always be adjusted. Debts and assets are fixed terms. The deal is done. There is nothing he can do if proper discovery was made at the time of the divorce.

Depends on whether the pension was mentioned in the original paperwork or not. Unfortunately, most of the time, in the case of long term marriages (over ten years), the answer is yes.

The word "final" is key here. If your pension was not divided at the time of the settlement, then it's yours. Your ex cannot keep coming back for more and more whenever it's convenient for them. They have no more claim over anything you have.

If it wasn't part of the property settlement agreement, probably not.But, I'd check with my original lawyer by phone to be sure.
